So today reminded me why I shouldn't weigh myself every day. Despite a pretty good eating day on Friday, and the Friday workout, I was UP two lbs this morning. Still, I started the day off well.
Then I went to a movie. And had popcorn. And Junior Mints. And Sour Patch Kids. And then went to Freddy's and had a large chocolate with hot fudge and brownie Concrete Custard. And then picked up Little Caesar's Pizza for the family tonight, of which I ate three pieces, and then had some M&Ms.
This was not a good day for the eating plan. Sigh. I have, however, signed up for Cross-Fit all five days next week....
The movie - No Escape - was pretty strong, though. I like a good thriller that makes me legitimately fear for the lives of the main characters. Only disappointment is that it didn't follow through, and the same old predictable people died and lived.
Tonight was fun, as while we all ate pizza, we watched the last two week's worth of Master Chef - which is always a good time.
27 Days on Fire
With Three Days left, what can I make happen?
