An OK day for the end of the month. Stayed on diet. Didn't work out. Took care of a few planning activities. After weighing in at 212.8 this morning (after my workout), we're 'hiding the scale' and not looking at it again til next week. We'll see how that goes.
Working on ways not to be so tired in the afternoons after getting up so early everyday for my Miracle Mornings and Cross Fit, while remaining off caffeine.
Got a fair amount to go do today - so I better go do it.

Start of Day 2 - 213 Went off diet, as outlined above. Steak, two KFC Chicken Breasts, M&M's, Snickers, stuffed potato burrito & some other one dollar spicy burrito from Taco Bell. I know - just horrible, especially after the good start, and the workout.
