Food - 2 KFC Original Chicken Breasts, 2/3 biscuit, 2 Cadbury Eggs, 1 large Wendy's Frosty, 3 diet Pepsi's, 1 Monster Drink
Workout - 15 minutes on treadmill (5 min. at 2.0, 5 at 2.2, 5 at 2.4 - worked up a decent sweat), 100 reps on the Butterfly (4 sets of 25 at 70 lbs), 100 leg abductions (5 sets of 20 at 10 lbs - a struggle - goal is to strengthen hip muscles, particularly in my left leg, which is atrophied as a result of my 'birth defect')

A busy, somewhat stress-filled day that didn't go perfectly, but led to seeds being planted. A shaky, but definitive start.
