Day 7 & 8 - A New Format
4/27/15
Day 7, 8, and even 9 Details
This morning....
Day 9 is beginning well. Finally posting this helps. Down .8 this morning to 212.8. Today will be a positive, productive day.
What I'm writing to go along with the video....
Looking forward...and looking back. When I look at this challenge, I see patterns - I don't want to stay on the diet - I see too many opportunities for me to go off in the future (Avengers, the District Conference). TV seems to be a priority - Once, Flash, Gotham (which I watched with the fam tonight), Arrow, Gray's Anatomy, Agents of Shield, even iZombie and Daredevil - an inordinate amount of time devoted.
I have responsibilities to clients, and I love coaching more than anything right now - a great deal of fun - and I'm looking for more clients.
I'm not doing much for my own speaking and marketing, despite working with my coach to get me to do something.
Tomorrow is a BUSY day - but not looking to be terribly productive, unless I really push. So, maybe I'll really push.
What I wrote during the day
As mentioned in yesterday's video, I've been contemplating switching up the format so it's a bit more up to date - so I'll be doing a post recapping the prior day and setting up some goals for the day to come (which will be the day it's posted).
A quick look at my Sunday, April 26 details....
Weight - 215.6 down .8
Food - half a steak, asparagus, 2 KFC chicken breasts, 8 naked wings with tobasco from Blackjack Pizza.
Workout - none
Work Actions - none
Dad Actions - Watched 'Once' live with kids, played video games with Brooklyn, ordered pizza, family meeting
Self Actions -
Time with Kristi, watching Age of Adeline, a truly mediocre movie that we both had hoped would be better, and writing our weekly goals in our journal, something we started in January.
Assessment -
A day that could have been better, but still filled with a lot of positives.
