Day 2 Details

Weight - 216.6

Food - 2 Bratwurst, 2 KFC Original Chicken Breasts, 1/2 biscuit, 1/4 rotisserie chicken, 5 Diet Pepsi's

Workout - 20 minutes on treadmill (5 min. at 2.0, 5 at 2.2, 5 at 2.4, 5 at 2.6 - worked up a decent sweat), 100 reps on the Butterfly (4 sets of 25 at 70 lbs), 100 leg abductions (2 sets of 30, 1 set of 20, 2 of 10 at 10 lbs), 100 reps on Row Machine (5 sets of 20 at 50 lbs).

7:15 - 8:05 - kid drop-off (early band)
2:30 - 3:30 - picking up kids from school

Assessment - 
A good second day - very productive until, ironically, I shot today's video, after which not as much got done. Stayed on Atkins eating plan effectively (for me).
