Day 10



Day 10 Wrap Up

Weight - 213.0 up .2
Food - stayed mostly good - pork chop, 2 KFC breasts, 1/2 a biscuit, mixed nuts, potato chips (not sure why)
Workout - 20 min on treadmill, 100 Butterfly at 75 lbs, 100 Leg Abductions at 25
Work Actions - Lots of coaching today
Dad Actions - Kids to and from school, Bailey to Babysitting, Grocery Shopping, watched Arrow with family
Self Actions -
Listened to Contagious during workout, served as Toastmaster for Vail Voices, which I've been assigned to as club coach.
Assessment - A good day, really, with some room for improvement. It's 10 pm now, and I may still get a couple further coaching items done.

Day 11
Starts off with a 30 minute mini-keynote for the Lakewood Optimist Club, continues with some blog and book writing, ends with a Toastmaster meeting - .we'll see how it all goes.

  1. Great mentorship session the other day with you, Rich. Thanks for the encouraging words and support. I'm some reason reminded of the immortal words of the Possum Lodge Sage, Red Green who says, "I'm pulling for you. We're all in this together." In a sense we are in one way or the other. Be it the speaking industry or just human beings, we can support each other and share good information.
    Question: I'm seeing a lot of KFC food. Do you eat there often or have a stash that you're working your way through? Or are you hoping to be the next "Jarrad" for KFC?

    1. KFC is close, and high protein, though it has some carbs. No real sugar though. It's about the only way I can survive when I'm on the run so much.
