Weight - 215.8
Food - 1 small steak w/guacamole, six Costco Choc Chip Cookies, one chocolate glazed, cream filled long john from 7-11, one no sugar/no carb Monster
Workout - 20 minutes on treadmill (5 min. at 2.0, 5 at 2.2, 5 at 2.4, 5 at 2.6 - worked up a decent sweat), 100 reps on the Butterfly (4 sets of 25 at 70 lbs), 100 leg abductions (4 sets of 25 at 10 lbs), 100 rep on Pull Down machine (4 sets of 25 at 70 lbs).

Assessment -
A good day, sort of. I successfully didn't eat after my diet deviation, leaving me in a good position to start day four. I again slowed down a bit after my video, but I think it was more because I was tired than anything else - burned up all that sugar, I suppose.
