Day 6 Details
Weight - 216.4 (up 4.4 lbs after completely blowing diet on Day 5)
Food - 2 bratwurst (attempt to stay on diet), 5 Costco Choc Chip Cookies (downfall of the diet), homemade popcorn after 12 yo asked to make some, 6 Diet Pepsi's
Workout - 20 minutes on treadmill, 100 Butterflys (4 sets of 25 at 70 lbs), 100 leg abductions (4 sets of 25 at 15 lbs), 100 Chest Press (4 sets of 25 at 50 lbs), 100 Rows (4 sets of 25 at 70 lbs)
Work Actions -
Video coaching with a client
Dad Actions -
Watched last week's Once
Drove girls to and from babysitting job
Self Actions -
Still listening to Contagious
Called my mom, something I don't do often enough.
Assessment -
A day that could have been better in a lot of ways, but still wasn't 'bad'. Some victories throughout, some potential victories left on the table.

Starting tomorrow, I am going to promote my business on social media more. I've been doing well at passing along information along with the usual posting/commenting on general stuff but I haven't promoted myself. My coach Dan Weedin rattled my cage about the importance of doing that so I have some catching up to do. Thanks for your motivation and inspiration as always!
