Food - sausage and eggs - small serving, 4 Diet Pepsi's, 2 Atkins Friendly Monster Drinks, 2 KFC Breasts, 1 biscuit, 10 small tostitos chips
Workout - 20 minutes on treadmill (5 min. at 2.0, 5 at 2.2, 5 at 2.4, 5 at 2.6 - worked up a decent sweat), 100 reps on the Butterfly (4 sets of 25 at 70 lbs), 100 leg abductions (4 sets of 25 at 15 lbs),
