Day Zero - the day before the day Part III starts - a day to set some goals, reset, and restore.
With Kristi back, and life looking to be stable, knock on wood, for the next few weeks (we do have two kids gone at camp, which creates a little extra peace the next couple days, but doesn't significantly change the way life works as a whole), I feel that I have some emotional balance to look forward to.
This challenge will be from June 19 through July 15, and the first of three challenges that will be the part of a longer challenge which will bring me to the second weekend in October, which is my next schedule big conference appearance in Albuquerque, followed a month later by Oklahoma City. To prepare for these, I want to get my marketing in order, my brand further defined, a couple of products prepared, and my physical self significantly changed, at least to the point I was at a year ago, and hopefully beyond.
My hope is that having both a long and short term goal scenario working together will give me greater perspective, and stronger results than what I've had over the last two months.
I've hoped to get some of you on board with me, and while one or two of you have interacted, I can understand why most of you have been silent. You're probably waiting for me to get my act together and truly lead you somewhere. Here's a line from my new keynote that might help you:
We must build our foundation on all of our victories, large or small, to raise ourselves high enough to ultimately reach our Win Anyway Life.
Goals for Part III
Weight
Day Zero starting weight - 225.4

Staying with Atkins-type diet.
Going to stick to light workouts until I get into the 190's, mostly cardio.
