Day Four - lots of running around, followed by lots of not much. Did well on eating plan til I stopped for a candy bar when I filled up the car.

Day 27 Goal weight - 212.0 (half a pound a day. This approach over the next 3 1/2 months will get me to my ultimate goal of 170 by Oct. 10, and is attainable)
Food
Day Zero - steak & eggs in the morning, 1/2 a costco chicken in the afternoon, two handfuls of popcorn at night.
Day One - 2 KFC Fried Chicken breasts, 3 handfuls of popcorn throughout the day
Day Two - Popcorn, 3 pieces of pizza, Costco Ice Cream with Strawberries, 1 pudding cup
Day Three - Steak, 2 KFC Fried Chicken breasts, one large blizzard
Day Four - 1 bratwurst, 2 KFC Fried Chicken breasts, 1 large Butterfingers

Going to stick to light workouts until I get into the 190's, mostly cardio.

Do you journal on paper or computer? I think of what Jim Rohn said was a good incentive to do so. Buy the most expensive journal you can afford. That way you'll feel obligated to write something in it.
ReplyDeleteTo a degree, this blog is a journal. I do have an expensive journal I use with Kristi for our goals together. Too many journals might completely derail me... :)
