Part III - Day V - The Puttering Father

Assessment

Day Five - a lot of little things done yesterday - a lot of puttering - a lot of, to some degree, nothing...I say this, but when I look at the days, I see a lot of 'Dad' activities - so how bad could it be?

Goals for Part III

Weight 

Day Zero starting weight - 225.4
Day One weight - 223.6
Day Two weight - 221.0
Day Three weight - 222.4
Day Four weight - 221.4
Day Five weight - 221.6

Day 27 Goal weight - 212.0 (half a pound a day. This approach over the next 3 1/2 months will get me to my ultimate goal of 170 by Oct. 10, and is attainable)

Food  
Day Zero - steak & eggs in the morning, 1/2 a costco chicken in the afternoon, two handfuls of popcorn at night.
Day One - 2 KFC Fried Chicken breasts, 3 handfuls of popcorn throughout the day
Day Two - Popcorn, 3 pieces of pizza, Costco Ice Cream with Strawberries, 1 pudding cup
Day Three - Steak, 2 KFC Fried Chicken breasts, one large blizzard
Day Four - 1 bratwurst, 2 KFC Fried Chicken breasts, 1 large Butterfingers
Day Five - 1/2 Costco Chicken, popcorn, two snack puddings

Workout 
Going to stick to light workouts until I get into the 190's, mostly cardio.
Day Zero - no workout
Day One - 30 min. workout
Day Two - no workout
Day Three - no workout
Day Four - no  workout
Day Five - no workout

Day 27 Workouts Goal - 14

Work Actions
Day Zero - none
Day One - coaching, participated in a speaking panel at TM that night
Day Two - none
Day Three - none
Day Four - some emails back and forth
Day Five - puttering and sputtering - some important communications, though

These goals are some of the same ones I've had for awhile, and are reasonable, if I actually, y'know, work.

- Website Revamped
- 20 speaking opportunities booked through end of year
- 2 more keynote coaching clients
- 14 blog posts in Speak & Deliver/Win Anyway (these don't count)

Dad Actions
Day Zero - Dropped kids off for camp, played 'headbands'
Day One - Took 7 yo to doc appointment
Day Two - Inside Out, shuttling girls to and from babysitting, talk time
Day Three - Father's Day spent generally just hanging around.
Day Four - lots of driving, talk time
Day Five - Drove Riley to job interview and back, helped Brooklyn download a video game, made sure kids read and rode their bikes, watched part of Maleficent with Kids - basically just did 'Dad stuff'


Self Actions

Day Zero - journal
Day One - audio book while working out
Day Two - listened to a couple of podcasts, none
Day Three - listened to audio book while waiting extra time to pick up one of the girls
Day Four - nothing of note
Day Five - Podcasts
