Assessment
Day Six - a great day for me, that started badly. Late Tuesday night, instead of sending preparatory information to a potential podcaster who wanted me as a guest, I cancelled and said I wasn't ready. I just told him I wasn't feeling like a champion. This morning, I realized I completely failed to walk my own talk - to Win Anyway.
So I got moving today, to try to make it a good day, and as you'll see below, I did a lot better than I've been doing for weeks. After spending time out writing with my wife, I realized it was getting late, and I probably wasn't going to work out - and then I thought of YOU - the faithful readers who have put up with me for the last few months not putting my money where my mouth was. So I went upstairs, threw on my workout clothes, and made my way to Planet Fitness. I also downloaded SWARM on my phone - as I'd missed the electronic boost of checking in everytime I went.
So a good day - in fact, technically I'm writing this at the end of Day VI, just so I can get a jump on Day VII.
