Day One - Friday, June 19. A good day, generally - started with a 30 minute workout with Kristi, continued with a 3 1/2 doc appt. with my 7 year old, continued with a coaching session in the afternoon, and ended with a Toastmasters meeting and my being elected as President of this advanced club for the next year, charged with leading a reinvigoration movement.
Didn't get my writing done, however.

Weight
Day Zero starting weight - 225.4
Day One weight - 223.6
Day 27 Goal weight - 212.0 (half a pound a day. This approach over the next 3 1/2 months will get me to my ultimate goal of 170 by Oct. 10, and is attainable)
Food
Day Zero - steak & eggs in the morning, 1/2 a costco chicken in the afternoon, two handfuls of popcorn at night.
Day One - 2 KFC Fried Chicken breasts, 3 handfuls of popcorn throughout the day
Going to stick to light workouts until I get into the 190's, mostly cardio.

I'm going to add some of your self goals to mine. Increasing my audio books AND motivational inputs I'm finding is rather important sometimes. I might have gone a bit overboard having returned back to D32 and everyone being happy to see me...Next I'll be (deep breath) Area 24 Director, VPPR Bremerton63 and Secretary of Professionally Speaking.
