Day 11



Day 11 Wrap Up

Weight - 213.8 up .8 - frustrating - but it was also my weight at 5 am, pre-workout.
Food - an odd day. Had 5 really thin strips of bacon, about 2 eggs worth of scrambled eggs, and the rest of the spicy mixed nuts in my car, as well as 64 ounces of Diet Pepsi and a low-carb friendly Monster drink.
Workout - 20 min on treadmill, 100 Butterfly at 75 lbs, 100 Leg Abductions at 30 (this is much harder for me - but I have to start ramping up the weight.
Work Actions - Spoke at Lakewood Optimist Club, wrote chapter 1 of a clients book, coached two clients, added another keynote client.
Dad Actions - Picked up kids from school, but wasn't home much.
Self Actions - Listened to Contagious during workout, served as General Evaluator at Solar Speak, my evening TM club.
Assessment - Actually, a really great day - productive and positive in pretty much every way.

Day 12
I'm home most of the day, which is a bit complicated by the work being done on my upstairs entryway, dining area, and kitchen. Still, I'm hoping to tie up some loose ends on a few projects.
