Assessment
Overall - As I realize I'm now on the downhill side of this iteration of the challenge, I have to accept that my goals are now a bit out of reach. Reaching 200 lbs. Probably finishing the book. And I haven't even started much of my other work goals.
I haven't been doing nothing, of course. Lots of coaching, a fair amount of speaking, and a tremendous amount of time with the family.
Below, you'll notice, in purple, some goal adjustments.
Day 14 (Wednesday) - Started well enough, but I spent a lot of time waiting - that is, sitting at my computer knowing I had a noon TM meeting, knowing I had to drop my daughter off for babysitting. I also have a project I keep putting off that now is helping me put off everything else. I had a good half-day on the diet, but then, well, I had a bad half-day.
I did get some excellent ideas and some much needed encouragement about maintaining a better diet from a friend and reader of the blog. Thank you D.H. - for both the thoughts and the time.
I encourage all of you to comment, here, or on the FB page, or Twitter, or Google Plus, wherever we're connected, with your own goals, challenges, ideas, and encouragements.

Day 11, 12, 13 - off on Day 11, on on 12 & 13. Got back up to 220.8, then down to 216.8, then an adjustment, I guess, this morning. Haven't worked out, other than my stretches for the Morning Miracle, this entire challenge.
