Day 22 - Friday was a very dad-friendly day, with some good coaching mixed in. Completed Day 3 in the Miracle Morning - which is proving to be a good deal for me. Saw Minions with Kristi and the girls - a middling movie which entertained the youngers, but without the charm of Despicable Me 1&2. Stayed pretty good, overall, on the diet, and my 212 goal is possible, though 214 is more probable.

Food
Day Twenty-One - Two Brats, two baked (at home) thigh/leg combos. A handful of popcorn, a few chips.
Day Twenty-Two - Steak (half for breakfast, half for lunch), chips, a little popcorn
Workout
Going to stick to light workouts until I get into the 190's, mostly cardio.
