Overall - the last three days have been, literally at times, a roller coaster ride - but it always is. We also got an update on our 12 year old daughter from the Neurologist - 'hurry up and wait'. Since it's been too long since Rachel's last MRI for it to be a good baseline, they want another MRI in a couple months, and then say Chemotherapy is 'highly likely'. This is our second daughter to face this - Bailey went through a year and a half of this a couple years back.
I could easily skip writing yet another day, but I'm going to get this done now, Anyway.
Day 11 (Sunday) - I honestly don't remember much about this day. I know I did a little coaching, and I got news that my client was accepted for a TEDx talk, and I did some running around with the kids - so that's a good thing.
Day 12 (Monday) - Running around some more - getting Riker's glasses fixed, for one. Wrote a blog post in my Win Anyway blog. Tried to 'get off pop', but failed after Kristi said she doesn't like me 'off pop' (read, without caffeine, and cranky). Of course, that failure is my own. I did manage to eat very little and stay on the diet, at least. But the big showpiece of the day was taking the family that's still here (vs. off at camp) to Lakeside Amusement Park - which, while a bit run-down, is still a lot of fun, and fairly inexpensive in comparison to Elitch Gardens (Denver's BIG park).Day 13 (Tuesday) - Coaching, Toastmasters, more coaching, and I saw 'Mr. Holmes' with my 14 year old, who was actually interested in this Ian Mckellen character piece about an aging Sherlock. While it was interminably slow, it was clever and well-acted, and the time with my daughter was well spent.

Day 6-7 No Progress - something has to happen on this, or this BHAG is going to go by the wayside. How's your BHAG going? If you read this blog, what are you trying to accomplish, and how are you doing?
Day 8 - No Progress.
Day 9 & 10 - NP. Maybe this SHOULDN'T be my BHAG.
Day 11, 12, & 13. You guessed it - No Progress.
Weight, Food, Workouts
Day 1 starting weight - 216.0 - two bratwurst, one piece pepperoni pizza, one Monster, Iced Tea, small lemonade, 2 puddings, small handful of Doritos. It adds up. The Morning Miracle stretching & Back Exercises for 15 (heretofore referred to as TMMsbe15).
Day 2-4 (today) weight - 216.0 up to 221.0, back down to 220. Bad eating, no TMMsbe15, no working out.
Day 5 - 220.0 - two King Soopers Fried Chicken Breasts, large Coldstone Creamery Ice Cream, Popcorn, Junior Mints, loaded potato burrito and soft taco from Taco Bell, no TMM, no workout.
Day 6 - 222 - steak, Butterfinger, something else bad. TMM workout, but no major workout.
Day 7 - 220 - steak, popcorn, Junior Mints, butterfinger cups, TMM workout, but no major workout
Day 8 - 218.8 - two bratwurst, 1/3 Costco chicken. TMM workout, but no major workout.
Day 9 & 10 - 216.8, 217.2 - two KFC chicken breasts, 1 double butterfingers, 2 loaded potato burritos on Day 9, Day 10 just the Barbecue, and then some Junior Mints and a couple Butterfinger cups at the movie. No popcorn, which I count as a victory.
Day 11, 12, 13 - off on Day 11, on on 12 & 13. Got back up to 220.8, then down to 216.8, then an adjustment, I guess, this morning. Haven't worked out, other than my stretches for the Morning Miracle, this entire challenge.
Day 14 - 218.8
Day 27 Goal weight - 200.0 This is going to be a big challenge since I'm not getting any closer after 11 days... (My ultimate goal: 170 by Oct. 10)
