Part III - Day XVII - 10 Days Left

Assessment

Day 17 - A good Sunday overall, with a few rough spots. There's a lot of angst in our house from day to day, but we always work through it.

I did find out one of my old clients passed away from cancer yesterday. She was still chasing the World Championship til the end, and always supported me in my own endeavors.

With ten days left in challenge number three, I feel I'm doing better than in the first two challenges. My mindset is improving each day, which is a big for me. To summarize - in ten days I want to lose six lbs, which is doable, work on my keynote and website, work out six more times, finish my audiobook, read 100 pages in my 'real' book, secure a client, and get a couple of speaking opportunities scheduled. Honestly, I have a LOT more on my plate than just this stuff, though - with kids, with Toastmasters - so I dunno. One thing at a time, right?
