Assessment
Day 20 - A strong day for the majority of it. Started with a full, hour long version of The Miracle Morning, blogged, worked out, spent time with family, got some work done, stayed mostly good on the eating plan. Overcame a short moment of frustration during the day, just by approaching life with a 'worry about yourself' attitude. Went shopping after I worked out to save Kristi a trip - a 'not a big deal for me but an easy way to make life easier for her without her asking' moment.
With a week to go, I need to get hopping.
