Monday's weight - 218.8, after the long 3 day debacle
This mornings weight - 6:10 am - 216.6
Food
Breakfast: carne asada meat
Lunch: 2 KFC breasts, 1/2 biscuit,
Snack: small handful of chips, my wife's homemade guacamole.
Drinks: 5 Diet Pepsi's, 20 oz Water
I came close to getting a Butterfinger, but turned my car the other direction on my way to pick up my Jr. High kiddo. A good day.

Hmm - looking back, I guess I didn't do as much as I thought I did yesterday...
Kids to school at rather odd hours throughout the day for testing
Watched Gotham finale - this show has been surprisingly good - a cop show wrapped in the world of Batman a good 5-7 years before Bruce Wayne is old enough to become Batman.
Self Actions
Watched several of last years semi-final speeches from the World Championship of Public Speaking to get myself psychologically ready for next Satuday's contest. This could be under 'Work Actions' as well - as much of my coaching is for contests...
Assessment
A good day food-wise, but a mostly wasted day time-wise. Busy work, mostly. This is where a daily review becomes rather enlightening...
