Diet didn't take on Thursday - started with meeting a friend for breakfast and had biscuits and gravy, and it was all downhill from there.

Not a great start, and today isn't turning out much better, and ComicCon is tomorrow...so I'm feeling a bit stuck in the mud.

  2. between 1-2 hours - I'm usually doing something else while listening - but not often something productive. I intend to spend less.
