Part Deux - Day 5 - Finding a Little Bit of Rhythm


I'm going to start ending each of these blogs with some goals for the day I'm about to embark on, after the review of the day that has been completed, in order to create some daily accountability for me beyond what I'm currently doing.

Day 5 Review (Monday, May 25)

Weight 
Day 1 starting weight - 219.8
Day 2 weight - 220.8
Day 3 weight - 221.8 - clearly headed in the WRONG direction
Day 4 weight - 222.2 - let's not even talk about it.
Day 5 weight - 221.4
Day 6 weight - 218.6 - back in the right direction.

6/16 GOAL - 200

Food  
I've been good today - two KFC chicken breasts, 1 bite of biscuit, 1 pork chop, 1 strawberry, 5 Diet Pepsi's

6/16 GOAL - 27 26 25 24 23 Days on the Diet

Workout 
None

- Sizzle Reel developed
- Website Revamped
- 20 speaking opportunities booked through end of year
- 2 more keynote coaching clients
- 20 blog posts in Speak & Deliver/Win Anyway (these don't count)

Dad Actions
Plenty of time with the kids - this is going to be a balancing act, with Kristi working. Tonight we watched Master Chef - something they really enjoy.

Assessment
The fact that it wasn't a BAD day diet wise makes it an above average day in this challenge. Looking to take more steps here on Day 6.
