Breakfast: none
Lunch: 2 King Soopers fried chicken breasts  
Snack: 2 McDonald's French Fries
Drinks: 3 cans of Diet Pepsi, 2 Atkin's friendly Monsters


Workout 
100 Butterfly at 80, 100 Hip Adbduction at 30, 20 minutes on the treadmill (2.2, 2.4, 2.6, 2.8 - starting and ending at a faster speed than before), 2 minutes on a new machine, the ARC trainer - very difficult for me to do with my limited left leg strength. Going to work up to more time.
