Day 25 Wrap Up

Lunch: 2 King Soopers fried chicken breasts

Drinks: 4 cans of Diet Pepsi, 48 oz of water

None - just didn't have take the time.

Spoke to a local retirement community - got film and feedback

Kids to and from school
Took Riker to Wal-Mart to buy pants for his program
Attended Riker's 4th Grade Band Program

Assessment
Busy in a way that didn't allow for certain goals to be met, but productive in the goals that WERE met, satisfying overall

Progress towards Goals for the last five days:
Get down to 212 for Saturday - made significant progress
Work out 4x - 1x
Successful Conference on Saturday - np
These last three goals may be pretty unrealistic at this point - my focus is now my big goal - victory at the conference.
