Day 19, 20, 21 Recap & Reflect

Day 19, 20, 21 Wrap Up

Weight
Friday's weight - 213.2
Saturday's weight - 212.5
Sunday's weight - 215
Today's weight - 217 - so down six, up five, down 1 overall.

Food
Good on Friday, even though I didn't want to be, bad on Saturday, completely bad on Sunday.

Workout
Mini Workout on Friday, none on Sat & Sun, though I did show up on Sat, only to be frustrated by the number of people in the parking lot and news that my oldest was taking my youngest to walk to Wal-Mart - so I headed home to make sure things were OK...excuses, I know.

Work Actions
Not much, frankly.

Dad Actions
Lots of time, overall. Riley's Improv night, Mother's Day, helping Riker with his 4th grade research paper, TV time.

Self Actions
Not much here either - though I did listen to Ryan Avery's CD set 'Reflections on Winning the World Championship' again, as I get prepped for this weekend, and did some research into who I might face in the Semi's - assuming (bad idea) that I win District this weekend.

Assessment
As I say in the video, this 27 Day Challenge has been, in some ways, what I feared it would become - another set-up to not achieve what I'd hoped to achieve. But it has also helped chronicle my bad habits and frustrations, which makes me human, and celebrated some victories I didn't foresee, such as several new clients, and spurred me on to realize I don't spend enough time with my family, even though I am home so much of the time. Even working at home requires quality time over quantity.

I still have through Saturday to accomplish some of my goals - including winning a ticket to Vegas. Stay tuned, true believer.
