Part Deux - Day 6

Day 6 Review (Tuesday, May 26)

Weight 
Day 1 starting weight - 219.8
Day 2 weight - 220.8
Day 3 weight - 221.8 - clearly headed in the WRONG direction
Day 4 weight - 222.2 - let's not even talk about it.
Day 5 weight - 221.4
Day 6 weight - 218.6 - back in the right direction.
Day 7 weight - 218.8

6/16 GOAL - 200

Food  
I've been mostly good today - two strips of bacon, scrambled eggs with guacamole, 2 King Soopers Chicken Breasts - then had a couple handfuls of popcorn and a few pretzels, which may have contributed to my stall.

6/16 GOAL - 27 26 25 24 23 Days on the Diet

Workout 
None - I am, however, all dressed and geared up to go after I drop off our babysitting kid at school today, and have a new plan that involves fewer reps and graduating weights. If any of you have a good plan to build muscle and rediscover abs, please share!

6/16 GOAL - 21 Workouts, and TBA

Work Actions
Talking Ideas TM - did an eval for someone who specifically asked me to give her a 'real world' eval, as she was practicing a speech for an event recognizing her daughter next month. Went well.

Didn't do much else. I'm very much still on a momentum stall, despite my supposed goals.

Still more time with kids. I'm really going to have to focus on working even with them home, but also enjoying them.
