Breakfast: Steak with homemade guacamole
Lunch: 2 King Soopers fried chicken breasts
Snack: Small handful of chips, a little bit of trail mix
Drinks: Double Big Gulp of Diet Pepsi, 3 cans of Diet Pepsi, 2 Monsters (I know, I'm awful)
Wasn't really tempted at all today.

None - thought about it, though.

Worked on client's book
Met with client
Touched base with a few other clients
Kids to and from school
Watched Arrow with family
Helped with homework

Self Actions
Listened to Entrepreneur on Fire
Listened to my other favorite podcast from Sam Crowley - it's all him and his own audacious self - you'll either love him or hate him. Sometimes he's daily, sometimes he takes a few days off, but he's always energetic.
Used my drive-time (about 2 hours between driving to client and waiting for kids at school) to listen to 'The Champion's Mind'
Assessment
A second good day for me, overall, even without the workout.
