Day 18



Day 18 Wrap Up 

Weight 
Thursday's weight - 5:35 am - 213.0
This mornings weight - 6:30 am 213.2

Food  
Breakfast: Pork Chop
Lunch: 2 KFC fried chicken breasts  
Snack: Tortilla chips 
Drinks: 60 oz Diet Pepsi, 3 cans of Diet Pepsi
I probably should have skipped the fried chicken today and come home to have some baked chicken -but there's a taste issue there - I really hate baked chicken.

Workout 
Finally got back to it. 20 minutes on the treadmill, 100 butterflies at 80 lbs (up 5 lbs).

Set up a Podcasting host - Libsyn - the return of the Win Anyway Podcast is imminent

Dad Actions
Kids to and from school
Went to Riley's play for drama class, even though she didn't even tell us about it til I took her to school. Turns out she had the lead role, and she did a fantastic job.


Self Actions
Listened to Entrepreneur on Fire, Everyday is Saturday Podcasts
Used my wait-time (about 45 minutes waiting for kids at school) to listen to 'The Champion's Mind'
Managed my Solar Speak Toastmasters meeting, finding two last minute speakers, two last minute evaluators, and getting the agenda adjusted and sent off. Of course, I was at the play, not the meeting :)

Assessment
Nice to get back to the gym. Not thrilled to level off weight wise, but it's temporary. I'm up 4 lbs from last week, but down 5 since Monday. I did a lot of busy work yesterday, but I also wasted some time yesterday.
